Budget Cuts 2: Missions Insolvency, the sequel to developer Neat Corporation’s well-regarded office-based virtual reality stealth-’em-up, will be tiptoeing onto PC on 12th December.

Mission Insolvency, which is being co-developed by Neat Corporation and Fast Travel Games, follows a similarly sneaky formula to its predecessor, picking up at the point the original game left off in order to conclude its tongue-in-cheek tale of murderous robots doing boring administrative work in a not-too-distant future.

“You made it out of the TransCorp office alive,” explains Fast Travel, “only to discover that more than menial office tasks have been taken over by robots. Is humanity being optimised out of existence altogether? Something needs to be done.”

What follows is another bout of stealthy android bothering, although Fast Travel promises new environments (with the sequel even daring to step outside its predecessor’s office confines), enemies, gadgets, and challenges, as it aims to expand on the first game.
